Estimados señores: Anteayer , a través de DESOEGAR.COM, hice por solicitud de compra número 48661613 , con código de reserva YHGBYT, a través de Despegar.com, para dos pasajes para Cusco, Perú, desde Concepción, Chile , viajando el 15 de Enero de 2016, a las 10:25 horas en vuelo LAN 202, con escalas en S. y Lima, llegando a Cusco a las 19:15 a Cusco y volviendo el 19 de Febrero de 2016 por vuelo LAN 2068.RESULTA QUE ME HACEN UN cargo POR LA SUMA DE $ 944.999, incluido impuestos y tasas + cargosHOY INGRESE DE NUEVO A DESPEGAR, porque un colega quiere ir con su señora en la misma fecha y vuelos Y SALE CON UN cargo DE $ 183.074 MENOR QUE LO QUE ME COBRSRON A MI HACE MENOS DE 48 HORAS. COMO ES POSIBLE Y TAN injusto? YO SOY CLIENTE DE DESPEGAR POR MUCHOS AÑOS Y ENCUENTRO injusto QUE, SACANDO LIS PASAJES UN DÍA Y MEDIO ANTES ME SALGA $ 944.999,= EN VEZ DE LOS $ 761.925,= QUE COBRAN HOY EN LA MISMA PÁGINA DE DESPEGAR.COMRUEGO HACERME LA REBAJA CORRESPONDIENTE AL MAYOR COBRO CARGADO, DE LO CONTRARIO ANULARÉ EL cargo EN LA TARJETA DE CRÉDITO.ESPERO VUESTRA COMPRENSIÓN PORQUE DESEAMOS HACER ESE VIAJE CON mi esposa.ATENTAMENTE,DR.
