What makes these incidents so disappointing is the uncertainty of the situation since it's hard to know just when inclement weather will clear.Matias Alejandro, in view of what you described while waiting for your flight, I can understand your asking for a refund of the additional expenses you incurred. Since weather is beyond anyone's control, we don't make it a policy to reimburse our customers' out-of-pocket expenses when we can't operate as planned.
